White Moon Raven (Glow-in-the-Dark) Necklace

ABOUT:

This is a beautiful, entirely hand-sculpted, one-of-a-kind, magickal statement necklace created by artist Melinda Puhó. No molds were used, this is an original artwork.

A White Raven brought the sun, moon and starts to earth, but its feathers turned black after delivering fire to humans, according to a Haida legend. 

Note: In spite of its large size, this artwork is lightweight, so it is very comfortable to wear and it is also perfect to display on a wall (e.g. in a shadow box illuminated with blacklight) as well.

MATERIALS:

• Pardo polymer clay (an outstanding quality polymer clay that is very strong, durable, very lightweight and translucent)
• Glow-in-the-dark powder (non-toxic and ECO-friendly, that is very bright and long-lasting)

Pendant: 

- 115 mm wide, 115 mm tall (including the drop)

Chain:

- total length: 20 1/2 inches, adjustable (including the width of the pendant)

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• The brand of polymer clay used is very strong and durable: it is not fragile, like regular clay, but make sure you don't bend the piece forcefully 
• Use a soft, damp cloth or a soft-bristled toothbrush to clean the surface. Polymer clay is waterproof and the clear coat we use is water-resistant
  
• Use any jewelry cleaner (polishing cloth, baking soda, etc.) for the chain
• Keep it away from very high heat (it burns at 300 Fahrenheit)
  
• Please note that polymer clay has a bit of flexibility to it (that is more prominent in hot weather) that is perfectly normal.
